The Promised Land: Our Eternal Home

Some words just seem to go together like they are made for each other. Day & Night. Romeo & Juliet. Bread & Butter. Salt & Pepper. How about the Jewish People and the Promised Land? That last word association may not flow off your tongue as easily as the previous ones however, it should, because it is impossible to separate the people of the promise from the promised land itself.

The conflict that has, is, and will continue to rage in Israel is really a dispute over who holds the title deed to the Promised Land. This seemingly unending physical conflict for the Promised Land has some amazing parallels to the world-wide spiritual conflict that has been raging ever since Adam and Even rebelled against God in the Garden.

The Jews and the Land. Man and his soul. Could it be that these two groups are intimately linked together in the Bible by a battle for who will ultimately hold the title deed for each? The message on the foreshadow of "The Promised Land" will help you understand the amazing connection between these two groups.
